For calling and texting within the EU, Odido says business customers on a Hello Business (Op Maat) subscription can make unlimited calls in the EU and receive free SMS. For calls from the Netherlands to the EU, Odidos pricing description includes at least 120 free calling minutes depending on subscription conditions. In its EU bundle-based pricing, Odido states calls within the EU are unlimited within a bundle, while calls to the EU outside a bundle are charged at 0.19 per minute; it also states receiving calls from within the EU is free and receiving SMS is free. Odido further says sending SMS within the EU is unlimited within a bundle and is not applicable (N.v.t.) outside the bundle, and it states EU-zone prices are exclusive of VAT. For data, Odido says internet use outside the Netherlands bundle requires selecting an add-on (GB-aanvuller).
Outside the EU, Odido says the customers bundle is not valid and charges apply per use, with separate call and SMS rate zones. It lists zone 1 (Andorra, Monaco, Switzerland) at 0.21 per minute for calling to the Netherlands and 0.21 per minute for receiving calls, with SMS receiving free and SMS sending at 0.21 per SMS; zone 2 at 1.24 per minute for calling to the Netherlands and 0.62 per minute for receiving calls; zone 3 at 2.07 per minute calling and 1.03 per minute receiving; and zone 4 (maritime and satellite) at 2.69 per minute calling and 1.03 per minute receiving, with SMS sending at 0.62 per SMS and SMS receiving free. Odido also defines a North Sea coverage zone via Tampnet, explaining Tampnet has no own number range so customers cannot call a Tampnet number. For data roaming outside the EU, roaming internet for business Odido states Internet Op Reis and pay-per-MB options are used: it says Internet Op Reis lets customers buy a fixed number of MBs for a fixed price over a fixed period, while pay-per-MB can be selected for expected low usage. Odido says from 8 July 2025 pay-per-MB internet is automatically enabled upon arriving outside the EU at 0.033 per MB (excluding VAT) up to a maximum of 25 (excluding VAT) per invoice period, described as about 750 MB, and that after 25 the internet stops automatically so customers can buy another Internet Op Reis pass or continue paying per MB; it also says customers can choose an Internet Op Reis pass immediately.
