Movida has moved Micpoint9s telecom activities under the new Movida structure and, at the same time, acquired Movida MDP Inbouwspecialisten B.V., with services continuing from Lelystad.
Micpoint telecom operations move under the new Movida
The telecom activities of Micpoint have been brought under the new Movida in mutual consultation. After the arrangement, Movida and Micpoint can each focus optimally on their own areas of specialization.
Micpoint will continue Fleet Management and the related automotive activities in Houten under the day-to-day leadership of Denis Leemkuil, while Movida B.V. continues the redundant connectivity for business from Lelystad under the day-to-day leadership of Ed Mone9.
Service desk split: relocation to Lelystad
The telecom service desk is part of a split and will be physically moved to Lelystad, including its employees.
After the acquisition, Movida will deliver service to its client relationships on their doorstep.
Movida MDP Inbouwspecialisten acquisition shifts the portfolio
Movida acquired Movida MDP Inbouwspecialisten B.V. at the beginning of this year. The acquisition will cause the MDP portfolio to change significantly, and the expansion of products and services will make MDP more central to different mobility solutions.
The agreements transferred to Movida and the associated obligations will remain in force and will be continued under another name.
