Free Pro said it has 100,000 customers, sub-€30 enterprise mobile pricing, and 60% FTTO coverage.

Free Pro leans on mobile, FTTO, and private 5G as it claims 100,000 customers

Free Pro said it has 100,000 customers across all categories as it pushes deeper into mobile, connectivity, and cybersecurity services.

The Free business unit also said it now offers a business mobile plan for less than €30 per month with unlimited 5G access worldwide, plus a professional mobile line for sedentary employees for less than €6 per month.

Consumer plans move into the business catalog

Free Pro added the Max mobile plan from Free’s consumer catalog to its business catalog this summer. That move sits alongside the FreeBox Pro, which costs the same as the consumer FreeBox but replaces the TV decoder with a 4G backup box that stays on to maintain connectivity if fiber fails.

Guillaume de Lavallade said Free Pro plans to eventually switch that backup box from 4G to 5G. He also said the company already has a backbone infrastructure used to connect 30,000 mobile antenna sites.

FTTO coverage remains the larger gap

Free Pro said it can currently connect 60% of companies with FTTO fiber and aims to catch up with its competitors’ FTTO coverage by 2027. Orange claims it can cover 92% of companies with FTTO fiber and backbones for businesses and hosting providers.

The company said that gap matters because its fiber business still has to grow beyond the network inherited from Jaguar Network and into the wider Free backbone. Free Pro said the two systems have to be married to extend coverage.

Private 5G stays on the roadmap

Free Pro had several private 5G contracts, including radio coverage for Alcatel Submarine Networks’ Calais site. Guillaume de Lavallade said the business still wants to take on larger private 5G projects, and he tied that to demand for dedicated infrastructure on critical industrial sites.

The article also says independent workers and liberal professions will have to switch to electronic invoicing by September 1, 2027.

Read for enterprise telecom buyers

Free Pro’s pricing and packaging now give enterprise buyers a concrete benchmark: a sub-€30 mobile plan with worldwide unlimited 5G, a sub-€6 line for sedentary staff, and a FreeBox Pro priced like the consumer FreeBox. The FTTO figures also set a visible coverage target, with Free Pro at 60% and Orange claiming 92%.
