1Global doubled its revenue in 2025 to $200 million and moved from a $1.2 million operating loss to an $11.2 million profit. The figures come from the 2025 annual report filed by 1Global Holdings at the Dutch trade registry.
EBITDA rose by more than 130 percent to $26 million. Net profit also climbed, from $723,000 in 2024 to $8.9 million in 2025.
How 1Global’s 2025 numbers stack up
The revenue jump was accompanied by a sharper swing in operating performance than the headline number alone suggests. 1Global’s operating result, EBITDA and net profit all moved higher in the same reporting year.
That mix matters because it shows the company did not rely on a single line item to get to profit. Revenue, operating result and net income all improved in 2025.
Read for mobile communications buyers
For buyers, the useful signal is not a product launch but a cleaner financial profile from a mobile communications provider. The disclosed 2025 results show higher revenue and stronger profitability metrics at the same time.
That gives procurement and partner teams a firmer base when assessing 1Global’s scale and financial trajectory. It does not add contract detail, but it does show the company was profitable on the year.
