Odido says most of the phones it sells are suitable for 5G, not just higher-end models, and it has a page that lists the 5G devices customers can get from the operator. The page was updated on July 16, 2024.
For Apple, the listed 5G handset range includes the iPhone 15 family (iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max), the iPhone 14 family (iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, and iPhone 14 Pro), the iPhone 13, iPhone 12, and the iPhone SE (3rd generation). For Samsung, the page includes the Galaxy S25 series (Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra), the Galaxy S24 series, the Galaxy S23 series plus Galaxy S23 FE, as well as Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy A54 and A55, Galaxy A35 and A25, and Galaxy Xcover 7.
Odido also lists 5G options from Google, OPPO, Fairphone, and Nothing, including Pixel 8 family (Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Pixel 8a), Pixel 7 family, Pixel 6a, OPPO Reno12 and Reno12 Pro, OPPO Reno11 F, OPPO Reno10 Pro, OPPO A79 and A78, Fairphone 4 and Fairphone 5, and Nothing Phone 2. The operator describes 5G as a faster successor to 4G with lower latency, claims that downloads and uploads start faster, and says it offers a 5G Sim Only plan plus Unlimited subscriptions with selectable speeds.
In some deployments, that same backup connectivity for outages can also be used as a fallback for fixed-line interruptions.
