Nubevia has brought ARD-Com, Hosteur and TAS Cloud Services together under one brand, and the new group says it starts from 18 million euros in revenue.
The combined company describes itself as a French independent player focused on sovereign cloud, hosting, managed services, connectivity and managed cybersecurity. It says it has nearly 70 employees, serves nearly 450 business customers, and operates across 13 data centers, including two it owns directly.
Three businesses, three sets of skills
ARD-Com adds hosting, connectivity and managed services to the group. TAS Cloud Services strengthens Nubevia in cloud infrastructure projects and managed cloud services, while Hosteur adds hosting expertise, SSL certificates, domain names and support for AI projects.
Rahif Daher, founder of ARD-Com and the new CEO of the group, said the combination is not just an administrative merger. He said it is first and foremost a merger of teams built on the complementarity of the three companies.
Evolem’s role in the buildout
Evolem, the family investment holding company behind the group, owns 60% of the capital. It entered ARD-Com’s capital at the beginning of 2025, and the Nubevia build follows that investment path.
Nubevia says the group is aimed at a five-year target of 100 million euros in revenue. That makes the transaction less a brand exercise than a consolidation play for a mid-sized French cloud and connectivity platform.
Read for sovereign-cloud buyers
The numbers matter because Nubevia is already positioning itself as a multi-site supplier with a defined base of customers, revenue and data-center reach. Buyers looking at sovereign cloud or managed infrastructure bids will now see a larger combined offer spanning hosting, connectivity and cloud operations.
For vendors in the same segment, the deal sets a benchmark for how smaller French providers can pool capabilities without waiting for a large external buyer.
