Heliaq acquired Synten, adding a Saint-Cloud provider with about €5 million in annual revenue and a heavier recurring-services base to its cloud and cybersecurity arm.
The deal folds Synten into Heliaq Solutions, the group’s subsidiary for cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity. Synten brings about €4 million in recurring revenue, 20 employees, ISO 27001 and HDS certifications, and a portfolio of about 150 customers.
Heliaq is buying recurring revenue and operating depth
Heliaq said the transaction is meant to strengthen recurring revenue, deepen its presence in Île-de-France, and increase its ability to operate critical information systems over the long term. Synten’s customer base spans businesses of all sizes, which gives Heliaq a larger installed base inside the region.
Integration stays on the current customer path
Heliaq said Synten customers will keep their current contacts and will gradually gain access to Heliaq Solutions’ broader resources and expertise. Christophe Avedissian will support the integration for four months before handing operational leadership to Éric Signerin, formerly Synten’s technical director.
Heliaq is still in acquisition mode
The acquisition is Heliaq’s first since the start of its new fiscal year on April 1, 2026. Heliaq was renamed from the former corporate division of Koesio in spring 2025 and completed four acquisitions in fiscal 2025-2026: Protego Informatique, Upinfo, Applixia, and Kaistos.
Heliaq says it now has nearly €400 million in revenue and 700 employees. The group said it had no presence in Paris five years ago, and now counts four agencies in Île-de-France with 85 people and €60 million in combined revenue.
Île-de-France agencies now span the full stack
Heliaq’s regional footprint includes Rosny-sous-Bois, Trappes, and Châtenay-Malabry. The Châtenay-Malabry agency came from the Protego acquisition in spring 2025, while Synten adds cloud and managed services to the regional mix.
