Eurofiber reported 2025 consolidated revenue of €349 million, up 13% versus 2024’s €308 million. The group also reported corrected EBITDA of €184 million for its core activities, alongside investment of more than €200 million in capital expenditures.
Alongside that financial performance, Eurofiber said it continued to expand its fiber-optic network in 2025 and pursued growth through acquisitions in Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
Fiber expansion and full-market growth in 2025
Eurofiber said its 2025 growth was achieved across all of the company’s markets. In parallel, it further expanded its fiber-optic network during the year.
The company also pointed to strong positive operating cash flow as the basis for reinvestment in fiber-optic infrastructure to meet growing customer demand.
Acquisitions: Arcadiz in Belgium, netcon in Germany
Eurofiber invested in the acquisition of Arcadiz. The provider was described as a leading supplier of customized, business-critical connectivity solutions in Belgium.
In Germany, NGN Fiber Network GmbH & Co. KG acquired dark fiber provider netcon AG.
LuxNetwork acquisition in February 2026
Eurofiber acquired B2B network provider LuxNetwork in Luxembourg in February 2026. That adds another step in the group’s cross-border move to build out connectivity capabilities alongside its network investment and operating cash flow.
Numbers behind the growth: revenue, EBITDA and capex
For 2025, Eurofiber reported a corrected EBITDA of €184 million for its core activities, up 13% from €163 million in 2024. Capital expenditures for 2025 totaled more than €200 million.
Taken together, the revenue and EBITDA figures sit alongside the investment level and the reinvestment rationale Eurofiber gave for funding additional fiber-optic infrastructure.
