VoipQ refreshes reseller mobile offer with KPN and Vodafone SIMs

VoipQ launched a new mobile service as a replacement for its Youfone offering, with ordering currently available on KPN’s green SIM cards and Vodafone’s red SIM cards.

In an interview with ITchannelPRO, Goof Midden, VoipQ’s CCO, also laid out the partner-focused mechanics behind the company’s wider telephony and connectivity portfolio, including hosted PBX, trunking, and automation via the VoipQ portal and APIs.

Hosted PBX in Dutch data centers and international trunking scale

VoipQ offers hosted PBX solutions including Yeastar P-Cloud and Xelion, hosted in Dutch data centers.

It says hosting in the Netherlands is intended to maximize stability, security, and control, and that it provides high-end trunking with numbers that locally terminate calls in about 60 countries.

MVNO Flexibel mobile plus fixed-mobile integration

VoipQ’s mobile solutions run via MVNO Flexibel, with free network choice from all networks and fixed-mobile integration.

The company says this mobile service is used in the care sector, and it now positions its new mobile offering as the Youfone replacement with KPN and Vodafone SIM-card availability.

Internet interconnect and “sharp rates” on FTTH/FTTO

VoipQ offers internet services through an interconnect spanning all major providers and many local providers.

It also says FTTH and FTTO are available at very sharp rates, while differentiating primarily through its technical service.

API-first operations, reseller-only positioning, and next additions

VoipQ provides advanced automation so resellers can manage customers’ services through the VoipQ portal and API integrations.

Goof Midden says VoipQ develops many processes and integrations in-house and uses an API-first strategy to integrate telephony services with software such as Red Cactus, which links CRM systems to telephony.

He also said adding new services such as internet lines or the newly launched mobile proposition alongside MVNO Flexibel can be completed quickly, and that VoipQ ensures partners find its mobile and internet activation “wizards” easy to control through a few simple steps.

Finally, Goof Midden said VoipQ remains exclusively focused on partners rather than delivering directly to end customers, and that it is working on two additions in the current year, including a data-SIM price-plan revamp, an extensive IoT solution by the end of the year in a collaboration with two IoT-focused parties, and a major launch based on Microsoft Teams.
