Satellite and FWA | Network X 2026

Oct 13–15, 2026 (3 days) VIECON, Vienna, Austria

Satellite and FWA | Network X is an event for the wireless broadband ecosystem, bringing together participants working on satellite and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). The program frames these technologies as a way to future-proof connectivity, with satellite and FWA highlighted for their role in expanding broadband subscriptions.

The event runs conference tracks that focus on “Satellite Integration in Mobile Networks” and “Fixed Wireless Access: Transforming Broadband Delivery.” For satellite, the content names LEO satellite constellations and integration with mobile networks, technical implementation of space-to-land gateways, satellite-to-mobile coverage expansion strategies, and approaches to improving connectivity where mobile coverage is limited. For FWA, it addresses growth and implementation across 3GPP FWA, non-3GPP FWA, and satellite broadband, alongside deployment strategies and service quality enhancement.

The event is designed for wireless broadband professionals who need practical, implementation-oriented and business-facing insights across both satellite and FWA. It emphasizes expert-led sessions, case studies, and networking opportunities, including AI-powered networking sessions.

Named “Topic Experts” include Dr. Terje Jensen (SVP, Global Business Security Officer, Telenor), Vincent Audebert (IoT & Telecom Expert, EDF), Nina Percival (Director, Spectrum Management and Authorisation, Ofcom), and John Yazlle (Vice Chair, GSA 4G-5G FWA Forum). The FWA portion also references technology leaders like Qualcomm, Ericsson, Nokia, and Zyxel as participants in the discussions.
