SATShow 2027 is a conference call for speakers for SATShow Week, built for and by the satellite community across commercial, government, and military stakeholders. The SATShow conference programs are community-sourced through the proposal process, helping shape what the industry discusses next.
The program accepts proposals across multiple formats: SATELLITE / GovMilSpace session speaker or moderator roles, Tech Seminar highly technical peer-evaluated R&D presentations on satellite and space technologies and services, a Young Professionals Track featuring fast-paced sessions and workshops, and a Startup Space competition for seed-level entrepreneurs.
Submissions cover a broad range of subject areas including Bandwidth & Spectrum, AI / ML & Software-Defined Systems, Connectivity & Service Delivery, Engineering & Systems Design, Ground Systems & Infrastructure, Launch Services & Propulsion, Space Security & Cybersecurity, Space Traffic Management, Spacecraft Manufacturing, and Standards & Policy, along with ISR-related areas and resilience themes.
The submission process is reviewed by the SATShow program committee and includes GovMilSpace-specific selection emphasis on technical depth and operational relevance. If selected, speakers receive a complimentary conference pass and are expected to attend and participate in their session. The submission deadline is August 3, 2026.
