Konekt has launched Konektor, a cloud voice enablement platform designed for channel partners and service providers.
Konektor is built to help partners deliver enterprise voice services for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex Calling without having to build and manage their own voice infrastructure. The platform combines voice connectivity, management, global calling plans and value-added services in a single managed offering, with partners able to use their own SIP services or take global coverage using local and international numbers.
Konektor is described as running with high availability and enterprise-grade SLA’s, and as supporting flexible commercial models including recurring revenue. Dietmar Kraume, Director of Services Europe, said Konektor enables monetisation beyond basic PSTN by adding analytics, compliance, customer experience, voice AI and managed services, delivered via Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex.
