IEEE World Forum on Internet of Things – 2026 is an IEEE event for the Internet of Things community. It is presented through the IEEE Internet of Things site and tied to the broader IEEE IoT technical community.
The event focus is on IoT, with the source identifying it as the 12th WF-IoT 2026. For telecom, network, and enterprise connectivity teams, that makes it a useful marker for developments in connected devices, IoT architectures, and the wider ecosystem around machine-to-machine connectivity.
The site also positions the event alongside other IEEE IoT activity, including IEEE IoT webinars, the IEEE IoT Magazine, and the IEEE Internet of Things Journal. The same page highlights the IEEE Annual Congress on Artificial Intelligence of Things (IEEE AIoT) – 2026 as another upcoming event.
IEEE is the organizing body named on the source, and the page also promotes the IEEE IoT Toolkit and the IEEE IoT Community on IEEE Collabratec.
