Wireless Logic has bought SIMETRY for an undisclosed fee, marking its 21st acquisition and its 10th in four years. SIMETRY will continue to be led by Cash Blackburn.
The target sits inside Stallion Infrastructure Services, where it was founded in 2020 as a division. Stallion Infrastructure Services is led by chief executive Darron Anderson and describes itself as a provider of tech-enabled infrastructure solutions for construction, energy, and manufacturing.
SIMETRY’s carrier mix is wider than a simple MVNO setup
SIMETRY sells tailored IoT connectivity on a unified SIM through AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, including FirstNet and Frontline. It also offers single-carrier and multi-carrier plans, which puts it in the part of the market where carrier abstraction matters more than branding.
On top of that, SIMETRY resells satellite connectivity from Starlink and OneWeb, plus fixed-wireless service and hardware. That mix gives Wireless Logic a business that already spans terrestrial and non-terrestrial access, even if the acquisition price stays undisclosed.
Wireless Logic is buying more U.S. reach
Oliver Tucker said Wireless Logic has already built a strong U.S. presence through Zipit, Webbing, and Blue Wireless, but believes the IoT opportunity in the U.S. remains huge. The acquisition adds another layer to that footprint rather than starting it from scratch.
What this means for IoT connectivity buyers
For enterprise IoT buyers, the practical point is continuity: SIMETRY’s carrier mix, satellite resale, and leadership stay in place after the deal. The acquisition also signals that Wireless Logic is still consolidating the connectivity stack with U.S. assets in view.
